Currently, we are looking for an Expert ServiceNow Technical Architect for our key client, a leading IT solutions provider dedicated to empowering businesses through digital transformation. We are looking for an Expert ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules. This role includes providing architectural leadership, driving innovation, overseeing integrations, ensuring best practices, mentoring team members, and conducting platform audits to maintain performance and compliance.
Your duties
As an Expert ServiceNow Technical Architect, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, FSM, SPM, CSM, and other ServiceNow modules.
- Providing architectural leadership and ensuring alignment of ServiceNow architecture with business and technical requirements.
- Designing, implementing, and supporting ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, cloud platforms, etc.).
- Overseeing the creation of ServiceNow development standards, templates, and best practices.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements and define ServiceNow solutions.
- Leading solution design sessions with clients and internal teams, ensuring the architecture fits customer needs.
- Driving innovation by identifying and implementing new features or improvements within ServiceNow.
- Ensuring best practices in security, performance, and scalability for ServiceNow platforms.
- Performing regular audits and reviews of the ServiceNow platform to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior architects and developers in ServiceNow development and architecture.
- Leading troubleshooting and performance tuning efforts for the ServiceNow platform.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow consulting, with expertise across multiple modules including ITSM, CSM, FSM, HRSD, SPM, Performance Analytics, ITOM, and SecOps.
- Proven ability to design and deliver solutions covering new implementations, enhancements, platform upgrades, and managed services.
- Experience leading, guiding, and mentoring junior team members while managing own assignments.
- Strong skills in configuring and customizing ServiceNow, including JavaScript scripting and integrations via SOAP and REST APIs; familiarity with AngularJS is a plus.
- Deep understanding of ITSM processes and ITIL frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and senior non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality results.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- English language Upper intermediate (B2) is a must.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4) certification.
Nice to have:
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in one or more modules (ITSM, ITOM, FSM, CSM, SPM, etc.).
